We accept Visa, MasterCard, Interact or pre-payment
Net 30 days on approved credit
A fee of CAD $20.00 applies for NSF cheques
2% interest charged on overdue account balances
All applicable taxes extra

Freight

All orders shipped are F.O.B. our warehouses
No responsibilities accepted for late delivery due to freight carrier

Deliveries

To be confirmed at time of placing order

Returns

We take care to meet our customers' needs and as such under normal circumstances,
we do not accept returns unless due to our error or product defect
We reserve the right to accept the return or replace the product
Custom manufactured orders are not returnable
Claims must be received within 10 days of receipt of order
All returns subject to company pre-approval at our discretion
All returns require a Return Authorization number (RA)
We will not accept returns without an RA#
Goods returned without an RA# will be rejected and returned at the customer's expense
Re-Stocking charge of 50% applicable
